3rd Rubber Symposium of Countries on the Danube

Exhibition & Advertisement

During the conference an exhibition for manufacturers of rubber goods, suppliers of raw materials, machinery or testing will be organized giving opportunity to introduce themselves on a small exhibit.

Online registration for the exhibition

Condition of participation:

Cost of standard space (4m²): 240 EUR/stand

Beside of stand cost + participation fee (EUR 350 before 30th June) /stand/person/ contribution is required.

The size of space 4 m²/ exhibitor, furnished with one table, two chairs and electrical connection (220V only!)
In addition one wall on back border of the territory serves for posters, company logos, etc.
Additional furniture can be ordered on additional cost.

The exhibition starts at 14:00 on 16th October and will be closed together with the conference session on 17^th at 13:00

1 page leaflet in the conference bags	150 euros +VAT
Advertisement on the Web-site (The supporter’s logo will appear on the Symposium web-site with a hyperlink from the logo to a web site of choice)	800 euros +VAT
Full page advertisement in the Proceedings (CD)	300 euros +VAT
Full page advertisement in the conference program (this is the October issue of Műanyag és Gumi, published in appr.ly 1000 copies)	1000 euros +VAT
