To revive the  forum of rubber specialists in the Danube Countries and in the Eastern Central European Region, which was initiated in 1998  to  provide  opportunity to discuss economic, technical and scientific aspects of the general problems inherent in the rubber industry as well as specific questions relating to that Region. For the first time Visegrad countries are included.
